Version 2 of Caddy was released in the App Store this morning. I just downloaded it, for the bargain price of $2. I haven't had a chance to try it on the course yet, but from the website, it looks promising. The one thing that struck me when I played a round with my iPhone the other day was that the Google Map location on the course was extremely accurate. It looks like Caddy can overlay your shots directly on the map view of the course. If this works and works well, it should be a great app.

Caddy can also keep your score, but not the score of the other people in your group, but that is coming in a future version.

Hopefully someone can play a round in the next day or two and give a full review. Looks like the future is promising for iPhone rangefinders and golf apps.
