iPhone Camera app occasionally defaults to Live Photos On, HDR On, and Flash On

Every since I downloaded the new iOS, I seem to have a problem with the camera settings on my iPhone 7 Plus.

I have already set "Camera Mode" to preserve settings, as well as Live Photo setting preserved. However, every few days, I noticed that my previous settings are all reset to default: Flash On, Live Photos On, and HDR On. I prefer these settings off.

Anyone else have these issues? Thank you.
