    WARNING: image intensive, but definitely worth it!

    Will Burrard-Lucas is at it again.

    I posted a few months ago about how someone set up camera traps and caught some great pictures of wildlife late at night out in Namibia..

    Well, he's at it again, and this time, in Zambia. All I can say about these is while the animals are stunning in their own right, I'm more in awe of seeing the stars and the Milky Way out there than anything. Absolutely amazing photos.

    There are plenty more pictures, but these are the best of the lot, and that last one... ghostly, indeed.

    Thank you for sharing. I admit I find animal images done well to be a moment of enjoyment.

    I share your sentiment about the sky @bradl. Those of us who live in the modern comforts of society have forgotten what it's like to look at the stars with no competing lights around. It really is amazing when you can get away from electricity and see the night sky in all its glory.

    Yes, the stars are so amazing away from ambient light

    and those ears !!! wow!
