Can I make iBook on G5?

-I have a G5 iMac, 10.3.
-I want to make an iBook in iLife. But when I clicked on the "prices" icon, the page wasn't available.
-Can I still make an iBook and submit it to be published? I know there's a new iBook out, but it requires at least 10.4 so my computer is too old.
-Have never done a book before.

If i were you i'd upgrade with the apple box set (leopard, ilife, iwork) and then have at it.

Agreed, also it's referred to as a "Photo Book" not an iBook. An iBook is an Apple notebook. You should also upgrade to Leopard if you want to do things like this.
