Can I pickup in Retail Store (Hong Kong) a purchase ordered Online?

Hi there,
I'm planning short-term visit in Hong Kong to buy BTO MBP and some other stuff. I would like to make an order Online Apple Store. And pick up in Retail Store. (As I know hotel delivery isn't available)

If it possible what step (order process online) do I have to point my wish to pick up?
How long my purchase can wait me?

When you get to the check out step in the online store is there an option to ship to store? I've never noticed.

There is no choice Only standard shipping method to home or work...

I don't think it would be much faster seeing as it's BTO.
