can I set up a new apple watch next week with ios 18.1 beta 3?

Just wondering if the apple watch will require a specific version of ios to set it up, and if a developer beta will mess that up?

In the iOS 18 beta 3 isn’t even the new Watch face of watchOS 11 RC… it’s working, but a new setup I didn’t tried.
