Can I use HMT451U7AFR8C-RD from Mac Pro (Late 2013) in a non-ECC motherboard?

Hey there, Kokos, welcome to MacRumors.

Personally, I am not sure about that particular motherboard, but in my experience, most motherboards will accept ECC memory, but will not maintain the ECC functionality with it. For example, I have an ASUS X58 motherboard that uses spare ECC RAM I had lying around from a 2009 Mac Pro. No ECC, of course, but it sees the memory and is functional. If you have the parts lying around, it won't hurt to try.

    Good luck!
