iPad Pro Can I use my Apple Account Balance to purchase an IPad Pro?

What account balance, do you mean Apple Cash ?

You can do two things, pay for it with your Apple Card by applying the Apple Cash to your Apple card or depositing the Apple Cash in your bank account

Yes, you can. When you check out/are ready to pay, your account balance will show up as a payment option.

I‘m speaking from experience. I purchased a 4th gen 12.9“ iPad Pro yesterday, and I had $100 Apple gift card in my Apple account. When I was checking out, the $100 showed up. Apple asked me whether I’d like to use it, and I did.
