I have an iPhone 6 and my wife uses a basic phone. Discover has a promotion where you get back 10% if you pay for an item with ApplePay. What I would like to know is if my wife can add her Discover Card to my iPhone I'm not sure how this works or if it's even possible.

You could easily find out by giving it a shot. Worst case, it doesn't work and you delete it.

As stated above, yes.

As the others have said, yes. I have my wife's card on my iPhone and on my :apple: Watch.

Also, having been a victim of CC fraud, one of the questions they ask is if you let others use your card. (There is an explanation line too...)
