It looks like he's going to take a crack at it. All previous presidents have failed. I personally don't think he can crack that complex problem, however he's giving it a try. He's a very good presenter. It's going to be interesting to see how he tries to create a peace deal. If he did manage to pull of the impossible he would be engraved in the history books for centuries...

The man is an idiot and an ass hat. He will come back saying, "who knew Middle East peace would be so hard?!"

He's almost certainly going to be engraved in history, but I highly doubt it will be for any accomplishments.

Did we really need to resurrect this thread? Or was it mostly to show that he hasn’t done anything in the 10 months he’s been president?

Right now he's focusing on bulldozing Obama's paper legacy, next the economy, then illegals, and finally world peace.

He's set the bar so low for himself he gets a whirlwind of positive press when he sticks to his teleprompter. "Acting Presidential" now means not acting like a pouting reality TV star.

So I'd say him accomplishing "the impossible" hasn't even made it to policy atmosphere yet. Let's start small; a week without Tweets or contradicting someone on his team. Or himself even.

That's right! He started with getting rid of Obamacare, oh wait, that didn't happen.

Could be worse than to appraise him for sticking to the prompter, ask Reid:

Dumb of Reid, who apologized, something Trump will never do when he goes off-script and makes his own party facepalm. I guess they lambasted Obama as "Teleprompter in Chief". Maybe now they wish they had one.

Anyway, I'm not intentionally getting off-topic, I just don't believe Trump will accomplish much of anything in regards to... anything, really.

He's written over the top of at least 15 Obama EOs, and defeated three major natural disasters. Trump's job isn't to pass laws, it's to enforce them.

This presumes trump can count to two. In fact, he cannot.

EDIT: Obviously this is a joke. Trump can probably count, maybe even as high as ten. He does have that many fingers.

Buy out Palestine, bulldoze it, make it into a world class resort, call it PalesTrump.

Then it goes out of business.

Not true. He can count to at least 3. The number of wives he's had.

Here's a glamor shot of Ivana.

That's a given and if he keeps up his current pace, history won't be kind to him.

All of the Jews I know, in Israel, don't want another Arab State on their borders.

It's going to be hard for anyone to work with that.

Somehow I don't think the obstacle to finding a path to peace between Israel and the Palestinians has been a shortage of salesmanship.

Diplomacy is hard work. It also requires mutual trust and respect. And a deep and thorough understanding of the issues important to both parties.

Please let us know which of these qualities you think Donald Trump brings to the table.
