I tried to update to iOS 10 today and my phone is bricked. I tried the steps to fix it that I found online and nothing worked. I am supposed to turn this phone in in 10 days or so because I am on the Next program with AT&T and I'm really worried that I'm royally screwed now. I have chatted with Apple online before, but I cannot for the life of me find that option now that I really need it! I do not have a phone to use to call customer service. I'm really at a loss. I tried to plug in to iTunes on two computers and the first doesn't even recognize it as a device and the second said there was an error updating the phone, even when I tried to update and restore. I know I'm not the only one, but I just don't have anyone to get help from and I'm hoping someone out there can give me some advice. Thanks. iPhone 6s+ on AT&T, by the way.
