I mean the messages/mail shortcuts with people's contact info at the top. I see a lot of my frequent contacts via text but recall the mail option coming in for my parents (whom I send articles to every day) during iOS 13 Beta. I want to add it as it gets annoying having to type their emails in every time. Is there a way to do this?

I like how you take time to dig out similar threads. This is very helpful.
I don’t think it’s possible to customise them exactly how you want. They change based off who you message the most. (Correct me if I’m wrong).
