Can I downgrade from Monterey 12.2 to 12.1 on air M1 2020?

I use an app for my work that's only compatible with 12.1? Is there anyway I can go back to it?

Quite strange for sure there is a workaround to run this app on 12.2 for sure. 12.1 is an initial release so it is quite wrong to stick with this version, bigger is the point release number more reliable and stable is the os.

You can, but you shouldn’t.
Monterey 12.1 is still available from Apple https://mrmacintosh.com/macos-12-monterey-full-installer-database-download-directly-from-apple/
but if you use your Mac for work and you want something stable, install Big Sur 11.6.4 https://mrmacintosh.com/macos-big-sur-full-installer-database-download-directly-from-apple/
