More institutionalised discrimination against men I see...

    And how about trangender people?
Do they also need "female approval"?

I said earlier that the best way to keep terrorists out is to bar entry of all males between the ages of 16 and 60.

On second thought, that's not a very realistic approach.

Change the age from 12 to 80.

    99% of terrorism solved.

They already know how to, just send them over in first class with their European, American, or Canadian passport.

How? By saying once you leave the country to travel abroad you're not allowed back? Even something as extreme as that wouldn't stop the people who are already living in the West at the time they get radicalized.

So far no real official announcement from the government (they are expected to outline the details today). So the report in the OP is speculative, but sadly probably not too far off the mark.
Well, as a refugee in Canada (as probably in other countries) you are free to travel, but not to the country you fled from. Refugee status usually is provided to those people fleeing for their lives or are unable to return home for fear of persecution and are expected to settle to a new life away from the country of persecution..

I was referring to the ISIS sympathizers who are native born citizens of those countries, they are much more of a threat than any refugees.

Agreed. The refugees probably have every reason to hate (or at least question) ISIS. It's the home-grown Canadians who don't have direct experience, but are working off of ideology alone that are the biggest problem. Disaffected youth are easy prey.

This article might make interesting reading for those who are afraid of refugees, it is about the US, not Canada, but it details how all terrorists linked to Muslim extremism entered the US from 9/11 to the present.
