iPod touch Cannot detact Bluetooth S9!

After I update to 3.1 now my iPod touch cannot detect my motorola S9 bluetooth. Anyone have the same problem?

Apple sucks!

They certainly suck at bluetooth. I think the metal case is the culprit. You've seen the black plastic WiFi window haven't you? It's there because WiFi frequencies don't travel through the case well. Guess what? Bluetooth uses the same frequencies and the Touch Bluetooth antenna isn't in the upper corner.
