Can't delete partial download of Catalina install

Hello. At one point about 6 weeks ago, I tried to reinstall Catalina from Big Sur Beta. The Catalina install file did not download completely and remained as a 7.something GB file. I have tried to erase this file (named "F3033196-9189-4688-AEBA-61BDE4E68DC4") but consistently am told it's not possible because the file is in use. I have tried to remove from bin and unlock in info screen, but to no avail.

How can I erase this file that just won't go away???

Is it a file or a folder? Can you post a screenshot? I would first try restarting the machine and see if it no longer says it is in use, then if that doesn't work go into terminal and use "sudo rm -rf" if a folder and "sudo rm -f" if a file, leave a space after the command, then drag it into the terminal window so the path is filled out and hit enter. Enter your admin password and see if it kills it. Remember that rm in terminal does not put the file in Trash, so don't make any mistakes.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I tried your solution, but Terminal says the file is a directory... ¿?
Attached, a screenshot of the file and showing the contents. I have also tried to erase the packaged content but it's not allowed... Any suggestions?
