Hello people. Hoping someone can help me out.

I have a GTX 780 6GB flashed by MacVidCards. I finally moved to Yosemite. Currently running 10.10.3. Got the latest web driver from nVidia (346.01.02f01) and it works. Only thing I cannot get to work is CUDA. I have tried the following CUDA drivers with no luck.

6.0.51
6.5.18
6.5.25
6.5.37
7.0.36

Any ideas on what I should try next? Everything was working on Mavericks. I used CUDA 6.0.51 and just ignored the "update required" warning at startup and everything worked great.

Thanks in advance

I also have a MVC flashed GTX 780, though mine is a 3GB model. I am running the same Nvidia Driver you are and Cuda 7.0.36. Cuda is working fine for me.

Well that sucks for me. I have the same drivers at @flowrider and no Cuda. Cuda-Z won't run and Adobe software says GPU rendering not available.

@Synchro3 I just tried 6.5.51 and it doesn't work for me either.

Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this?

You have the actual version of web driver and CUDA installed. I don't see why it should not work.

Maybe an old CUDA-Z version? Actual is 0.9.231: http://cuda-z.sourceforge.net

If you have Adobe Premiere CS6: right click on Premiere application-> show package contents -> Contents -> open 'cuda_supported_cards' with a text editor, and add 'GeForce GTX 780' .

If you have done this start a new project in Premiere. You should now be able to select the Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration (= CUDA).

Same thing with Adobe After Effects CS6: Add your card with a text editor to 'raytracer_supported_cards'

@Synchro3 You were absolutely right. I downloaded the latest Cuda-Z and it works. CUDA has been working the whole time and I just didn't know it. Another bonehead mistake solved by MacRumors and its great members. Thank you!
