Can't get summerboard working on 1.1.4 PLS HELP

ok listen i been reading other posts but i just cant figure this stuff out.

i downloaded liberty+ 1.1.4 which gave me cydia. I download all kinds of stuff somethings work and show up on my start up screen and others don't, I downloaded so much stuff i cant figure out what im doing wrong here someone pls helpp me. Am i supposed to be doing stuff off the pc or is it just on my iphone. I need like step my step instructions cause i suck big time lol

restore and use iPlus... that's the only suggestion i can make.

I unlocked an 8gb two weeks ago using iPlus and it's working flawless. I will unlock another 8gb and a 16gb tonight using iPlus again.
