I just got a new MBP. I downloaded the latest Mojave using the macadmin script. I run the installer and i get an error saying it can't be installed. Next i try loading the data onto a USB. I boot to USB and i keep getting a message saying the installer needs to be updated before i can use this disk. (yes, i turned off the T2 chip safe boot crap).

ANy ideas how i can install Mojave so i dont have to wait until next week?

T2 Safe Boot shouldn't be an issue (I have a 2018 Touch Bar MBP running 10.14). When the installer loads, go to the log and post it here (omitting your serial number and user account name of course)

Maybe its something to do with your config?
