I have a mac pro 2.66 and boot camp. I have retail XP Pro sp2. I have no pc to make a slipstream anything.

no matter what I try, I cannot get it to accept a FAT32 partition for the install. It ALWAYS craps out (blinking dash on top of screen) during boot. Used diskutil for making the FAT32 disk. Installer recognized the formatting, but the final reboot kept crapping out.

I am so frustrated that I seem to NEED a Windows PC to get this to work.

As well, I can't get the mac drivers to take at all. Tried several times. As a former Windows network engineer, I am no stranger to this process, but for the life of me, I must be missing something.

Any ideas???
