Can’t open Messages from Lock Screen anymore?!

So in iOS 14 you could swipe right on a text notification on the Lock Screen to go right into the messages app.

Now it doesn’t. The notification just bounces back.

(I know you can long press it to open but I want to go into the app for full functionality sometimes)

You can just tap it

That works for every notification BUT messages. I’ll give it a reboot and see if anything changes.

Yeah, a reboot here and there never hurts! Keep us posted

Huh, now it’s working and I didn’t even reboot yet. Guess you just have to complain about it before it fixes itself.

I have this same issue. Unable to swipe right and open any notifications from the Lock Screen now. Restarting doesn’t work. Hopefully it’s a bug that will not be present when I get my iPhone 13 Pro on Friday.
