Cant send or receive pictures, wont let me update software either! Heeelppp!!!!! :/

i am new to the iphone world, and am having some isssues.

I cannot send or receive picture messages does not even give me the option.

It will not let me update the software it says it can not be contacted. Now i did follow up with people previously having this issue and changing the dns however that did not work?


Any tips, advice, knowledge would be greatly apperciated??!!!

Use another computer with itunes to restore your iphone to the latest firmware.
Seems like you have hosts issues not connecting to apples servers for the restore/update.
