Hi guys -

I have a first gen Ipod touch (bought it back in 07). I heard about the ability to purchase apps, so I downloaded the new software to enable me to do this. I think it cost me 4.99 or something like that. It says I'm now running 3.1.3. I can see the applications tab after I click on device, but the app I purchased is all greyed out. It seems to go through the motions to "sync" but i can't get the app on my home screen or anything.

Also, to note: no restrictions are enabled and my comp is authorized. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to work. pls help!

Is it possible that the software doesn't work on a 1st Gen iPod Touch but you have been able to access the app on iTunes because you can see every app?
