Catalina 10.15.5 with Triple monitor 4K@60hz issue on Mac Mini

Hi All,

I have a triple monitor setup that works excellent with my MBP 2016 15”. The 2 monitors via TB3 to display port and a 1 via TB3 to USB-C (or it may be TB3 on my monitor that also provides power to the MacBook)

Recently , I got a new Mac mini and now the monitor that I was using via USB-C I connect with HDMI.

The problem is that the HDMI monitor is not always recognized and was wondering if anyone is aware of any settings I can apply to get it to work On Catalina.

Now I am on Mojave because of the issue and all monitors work. I am aware there is probably a known issue in Catalina for this kind of setup.
