Categories BigBoss not found in Cydia for iPad?

I want to add Categories on my iPad and when I go to install the package it says that the package "com.bigboss.categories" cannot be found in my current sources. When I try to add the new source (at least what I believe is the source) it says it cannot be found.

Can anyone help me add the proper sources so I can install Categories and CategoriesSB?

The Cydia repos have been acting weird with me too...all day i couldnt fully load repos, even the default ones...its probably some temporary server issue, im sure theyre working on it...
