Before my family switched to an AT&T family plan, they were with T-Mobile. The caller ID on T-Mobile showed all numbers calling in (on the family plan) as the account holder's name. They never got around to fixing that, but they noticed that the numbers ported over to AT&T with the same information (T-Mobile account holder's name), even though this new AT&T account is not even under that name. My question is how would I change the name information on the AT&T caller ID? Is there away to take names away completely and just have it show "Cell Phone [area you are in]"?
