At one time Chris Christie's honesty and straight talk was refreshing, it's sad to see what he's turned into.

It's amazing that some people think they can change the narrative/rewrite history.

Do you call him that because he had the audacity to hug president Obama after hurricane sandy?

Nope. I've never liked him. I guess I shouldn't expect much from a State that outlaws pumping your own gas.

Christie had a bright future ahead of him after NJ Governor but he hitched his ride with the wrong dude.

The only thing that is in Christies future is a massive coronary.

I will give him credit for his lack of self-consciencenous.

Maybe, but think of all the good times before that.

My biggest gripe about the latest birtherism development is that all the Republicans got the memo that declared the issue was "over". Hopefully the media doesn't fall for it and instead continues to ask Trump about the years he pursued the issue and the implications of his efforts that have come to exactly ... nothing ... except degradation of the POTUS.

I actually respected him for that, he was all about helping his state and not partisan politics. I also think it helped him with mainstream voters, his approvals ratings were really up there. Now even his own state hates him.

Not over. Trump just retweeted this.

Going to get worse for him. prosecutor just said (at Bridgegate trial) that CHristie knew about bridge lane closings as they happened.

Wildstein's lawyer had said that evidence that he know exists.

Look at how easily he just lied about Trump, it rolls off of his tongue with ease.

I just checked. Trump's twitter feed shows no such tweet or retweet. So I searched for that particular username "Paul Maggia" tweet and learned that it was only retweeted twice, and not by Trump. So it couldn't have been tweeted and then deleted by Trump. You're getting some bad information.

I got it off my Twitter feed.

Correction: Trump retweeted that guy, not the tweet pictured.

The only way I see it is if someone posts a picture of it, otherwise I see "this tweet is not available" even if it's retweeted. Of course all it means is it's one place on the internet I don't have to watch the toxic puke blowing out of his mouth so I'm not complaining.

Yeah, that did him in long before he started hanging onto Trump's coat tails. Same thing happened to McCain before he went off the rails and released the Kraken on us, he was once a somewhat reasonable person.
