Hello, just after a bit of roaming the internet i stumbled apon a game download that read 'includes cider port for Mac OSX'. the download advertised the download of counterstrike source for pc with this port. im not a torrent user as i buy all my music and games but i was just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on what it is or if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Cheers

Cider is a wrapper for Mac OS X that basically remaps Windows function calls to the equivalent Mac OS X ones. This makes porting games much easier.

Yes CS:S is Cider ported for mac and yes it does work and no you can't buy it, therefore you must download it.
