This article states how Avaaz (a charity group linked to George Soros) is seeking to register eight million people living abroad to defeat Trump.

I'm against a charity group getting involved in the election and was wondering why the campaigns themselves can't campaign and register voters abroad.

I'm also wondering which state gets each vote from the citizens living abroad ?

As someone who has voted in multiple presidential elections while living abroad, I'm OK with this. I'd hate to think I'd lose my vote just because I happen to be living overseas. That said, expatriates must be registered voters, which means they are registered in a state. That state will get their vote.

It goes by each individual's last address of record in the USA.

How many citizens do we have abroad - to make a difference? I can't believe that tourists and people visiting friends and family can just go vote somewhere in a foreign country.

They can't. They only way they can vote is by mailed absentee ballot.

I will abstain from voting, not only do the choices suck, but I don't have any interest in living in the US.

Thank you. I would be interested in the breakdown of the people who are abroad (what state they would vote in).
