Clean install of Tiger?

I have 10.2.8 currently and my Tiger just arrived. How can I just do a clean install of it?
 
Look at the manual. It explains how to do anything everything you need to for an install.
 
there is a option button to press in the install to choose the type on installation you want. the guide does say how to do it.
