Cnn the current mini drive the new Dell 24" 3840x2160 "4K" Ultra HD monitor?

    Optimal resolution:
    3840 x 21601 at 60 Hz (DP1.2*)
    3840 x 21601 at 30 Hz HDMI

    Connectivity:
    1 HDMI connector
    1 Mini DisplayPort
    1 DisplayPort (version 1.2a)
    4 USB 3.0 ports - Downstream (4 at the back, 1 with battery charging)
    1 USB 3.0 port - Upstream
    1 Media Card Reader

    Perhaps at 3840x2160@30Hz HDMI.

    No, because it has only TB1, not TB2, and therefore only Display Port (DP) v1.1a. You need DP >= v1.2, if you want to connect a 4K display to your computer. I wait for the TB2/Haswell Mac mini.

    Is there any confirmation that the Haswell Mac Mini will have DP1.2?

    There is no confirmation there will be a Haswell Mac Mini at all, only hope. But it seems likely it will have 1.2 if it does appear.
