Comparing iMac to the P4 2.4GHz

How would the below custom-built PC system compare to say the 1.25GHz iMac?

My PC:
Pentium 4 2.4GHz (533FSB)
256MB PC2100 RAM
40GB Maxtor HD
LG CED8080B 8X4X32 CD-RE
LG DVD drive
AC97 audio
Jetway FX5200 128MB, DVI and TV-Out (twice the video memory than the 64MB on the iMac)
XP Pro
