I've got a 7.17g VIDEO_TS file that I extracted from a DVD using MacTheRipper. I extracted only the "Main Feature" out of the disc. How do I go from that file to being able to fit it onto a 4.7g DVD to watch on a DVD player?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Is the best in my opinion. Far better than toast for compression. You also have the ability to remove 0mb or blank dummy cells. Which are often found in newer movies even after mac the ripper.
Dvd2oneX will also burn to disk for you.
