Compressor Crashes on Start!!!! HELP!

I'm running Compressor 3.0.4 with Leopard 10.5.5

You can see the Mac Pro system in my sig. Thankfully this is the first problem I've had in Final Cut Studio but it's really setting me back.

Every time I open Compressor, it just looks like it's starting up for a few seconds, then crashes.

Here's some of the error message:

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x00000000a345944c
Crashed Thread: 20

ANY SOLUTIONS?
