CompUSA insurance + Old Model iPod?

I bought an ipod last year along with the CompUSA insurance plan for 2 years. Its says that if the product stops working for any reason that that will try to fix it and if not they will give you a new one same day no questions asked. Do they still have the old ipod models for sale at compusa? So if my 10 gig broke would they give me this years 10 gig ipod?
