I'm an Apple TV newbie. I've not gotten one yet. What I want to do is to stream live video from my iMac to an Apple TV. For instance, I want to watch a live court trial off a news site. Is there any way to stream that from the iMac? Via hacks, etc. Or, is there any way to get a browser on the Apple TV? I know there used to be but I can't find anything like that now for a hack.

    TIA

"live" vids as i know are not stream-able , but you can stream videos from your iphone or ipad using the airplay function in the 4.3:apple:

but there is a web browser for the Apple TV black which comes with the ATV Flash package, still beta..., NOT SURE IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STREAM TO BE HONEST...

    but it say's
"Surf the Web Visit your favorite sites, stream HTML5 video, and update Twitter all on your TV. Your couch is your new workspace."

Good luck and i have been looking for such a thing for the last couple a weeks to stream Justin.tv broadcasts to my Atv , but cant get any clue on that...

    :D
