Hey everyone,
I was wondering. I have heard that there is someway like html code or something that you put into your website to make it show up in google net searches. I was wondering how to do it to my website. My website is built using Adobe GoLive CS2 and is on an FTP server. Does anyone know? Thanks

Using a META tag in your <head> section, you can define keywords that search engines will scan to help index your site.

Something like:

<meta name="keywords" content="mac rumors, mac, macintosh, vbulletin, forum, bbs, discussion, jelsoft, bulletin board, apple, jobs, steve, newton, powerbook, ibook, powermac, g5, g6, g7, powerpc, ppc" />

Most search engines, including Google, give very little weight to meta tags (it's still worth adding them though). Best bet is tosubmit your site to Google and think about submitting a sitemap as well, then just wait :)

Every site I have, after like 2 weeks, they just get indexed by Google.
