    2.5 down. It's not illegal in Rhode Island, so if you live here you can get married in Massachusetts.




    But you can't can't divorced in RI though, which is very strange.

    It isn't explicitly illegal in a lot of states, but that doesn't mean you can readily do it.

    I hate it too, and I don't even live there! :p
    Seriously, Providence <-> Hartford should take more than 1 hour, but because of various reasons, no interstate ever went west of Providence like I-84 was originally supposed to. (even more OT, 295 was supposed to meet 895 at its current northern terminus, which would head south through either Barrington or Bristol/Warren, then either across the bay between Barrington and Warwick, or through Aquidneck Island and then follow what is now RI 138.)

    Right, but seeing as RI is half surrounded by MA, it's pretty easy.
