Connecting .TAR segments

K I havent posted here in a loong while but I need some help so hopefully the friendly people here will help. Ok I download a *cough* file from IRC and I open it up. What do I get, 54 segemnts w/ a blank document say heres ur 54 segments complete. Right ok, what do I do w/ these, how exactly do I turn there 54 segments in to a working uh um movie trailer yah thats it :cool:
Any help u guys can off is much appreciated. If not Ill just ask the friendly people @ underground mac, heh.
