i've been trying to connect to a wireless network of a cousin, but am having trouble - airport always tells me there are errors joining the network. my airport settings are all defaulted and my cousin says there is no security on the wireless network.

he told me to try to use windows to connect to the network since he's running windows server to share his internet. the problem is i can't seem to get the standard dialog of choosing a wireless network when i run parallels (the latest version) with windows xp.

so the big question: are there any settings i may be overlooking that are not allowing me to connect to the network AND how do i configure parallels so that i can essentially have the wireless adapter show up in my "network connections" window on parallels so i can choose a network and try to connect via windows.

many thanks!
