Consevatives now thinking Palin should step down

    What kind of damage would it do (for republicans) at this stage if she did drop out? Surely, it would severely undermine McCain's claim to good judgment?

    McCain can play the switcheroo and exchange one Palin for one Romney while Obama exchanges one Biden for one Mrs. Clinton. Damage? Naaahh... except for the fact that both campaigns have violated Texas election codes. link

    Exactly, kinda hard to run for President saying "I promise to get everything right the second time."
