Considering Jailbreaking again

I did it when I first got my touch a year ago, and when the software update came out I went ahead and bought that because the primary reason I jailbroke was to get email. I'm considering going back and was just curious if it will sync from my backup when I plug my touch in for the first time after jailbreaking.

It will. Just run quickpwn and there is no restoring required. Your ipod will sync like normal.

Yup very easy, it'll all still work and run after the jailbreak.

Glad I went back to it. Seems to be much more stable then when I did it last year.

One problem:

I installed the GBA emulator, and I have the rom and bios. I know I need to put it in the app folder, but I'm not seeing it anywhere in the mobile folder. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you look in the "Applications" folder?

Yeah I did, the only things that are in there are the apps from the app store. Can I just create a folder named gpsphone.app?

I found it. It was under stash/applications. I was looking under mobile.
