    I do!

Also the term ammosexuals makes no sense. It isn't about the ammo it is about firearms.

So which do you prefer, firearmsexual or gunsexual?

    ----------

I find it scary that some people would consider taking a life like that.

    ----------

You're the only one, who the ******* uses the term evil guns?

Are they relatively gun free? France and Germany have 30 guns per 100 people versus 90 in the US. Lower but still top 15 in guns per capita.

I can understand the need for hunting rifles in certain parts of the US..... There are people who maintain an old fashioned traditional way of life, and that should be encouraged.

    But Automatic rifles? Nah.
    Handguns in cities..... Nah.

I read last night that firearms are the second biggest reason for deaths for children 0-19 in the states, after road traffic accidents.

Ill see if I can find the link. Edit: Ill have to look later, weapons are blocked on me work internet.

Gun ownership is a lot less in canada.
The population of canada is a lot less.
Canadians don't tend to have the mentality that cause Americans to run round shouting "'MURICA" every 20 seconds.

I find it ridiculous that you would let someone kill you or your loved ones rather than try to defend them if you have the opportunity or tools to do so.

You can defend yourself and your family without a gun.

The ridiculous aspect is that advocates, such as yourself, seem to believe that defense only starts once one has a firearm.

You could throw cans of peas, but I don't want to bring cans of peas to a gun fight.

Maybe you can kindly ask the nice folks to leave your house, since they didn't knock first?

I don't have an assasin after me. If they break in, I'll just let them take anything they want, I'm insured. Happened to me often while working at the cash for a convenience store. Taking out a gun escalates situations for nothing.

    ----------

Yes you can and if they don't then let them take what they want.

There was a time in my teens that I told myself, if anyone ever broke into my house, I'd have no qualms about shooting them. Depending on your perspective, since then I've gotten stupid or smart, and the thought of taking a life turns my stomach. Granted, I'll never know until I'm put into that situation.

Yup I'm still alive and nobody got hurt. :)

    ----------

I was, remaining calm and not fighting back are the best solutions. You don't have the guilt of taking someones life and nobody gets hurt. Just a win-win situation. Unlike what many gun people say, most break-ins do not involve rape.

In fact, only 7% off all break-ins end up being violent and that percentage includes people that fight back.

You don't like pesky facts? You are a bit too insecure about contrary opinions when it comes to the love of your life, lol.
