Contract renewed but no order went through - HELP!

    I just ordered an iPhone 5 from the Apple online store, I got an "Oops" error. My contract got renewed, but the order didn't go through! It's not in the order history nor did I get a confirmation email.

    What do I do? Help!!!

    I didn't get a confirmation email but it shows up in the Apple Store app that it's ordered and I searched UPS and it will be delivered tomorrow by 10:30. So it may be ordered.

    Thanks for your response, It doesn't show up in my order history on both my iPhone or Mac. I called Sprint and Apple and they were not being helpful.
