iPod touch Convert Flv to Ipod Touch

Hi there,

I am new to Mac and can't really find the answer I need from this forum, although I;m quite sure it is there somewhere. Would someone help please? I am not sure if I am using the right terms. (Also, English is not my first language).

I have about 700 files in my MacBook. They were downloaded through Real Player downloader and, I play them with Real Player. (Select all and use a list)

I now bought an iPod touch, but I can't watch the Youtube videos on it.

Is there any way that I can convert my files without paying 30$ in a converter? Do I have to convert one by one, or can select all and convert at once?
