Converting Divx to something else

How can I convert DivX files to some other format?

I´m only interested in the picture, not the sound.

I need to convert it to something that I can load into Final Cut or Avid

Try Divx Doctor II

Divx Doctor will convert Divx & avi files to .mov files but it sometimes screws up the audio. You could extract the audio and rebuild the movie using Divx Tools, you'll find that here;

BTW - QT 6 really screwed up something with some of the codecs I had installed. If something doesn't play, try installing codecs into QT 5 (If you still have it somewhere).
