Converting old Windows MAstercook files to Mac

Any know how I can convert my old Mastercook Windows file to use in one of the many Mac recipe programs that allow you to import from Mastercook? My old Mastercook files is in an MCF format. Id hate to have to enter all these recipes over again to utilize them on Mac. Worst case is I can load my old Windows mastercook program in Parallels but Id rather start using a more current recipe application
