Has anyone else noticed that the copy and paste bug is back in 14.6? About half the time when I go to paste the content it’s not there and I have to do a copy operation a second time.

Apple really needs to learn how to run automated regression testing for old/existing features. It’s not rocket science

I copy and paste frequently, and haven’t run into this bug. Does it happen only in certain apps?

Happens everywhere. Pasting a URL copied from Safari into a text message, copying a photo to a chat, copying text from one message to another…. I don’t allow any chat apps access to my photos, contacts, camera so I have to manually paste the content I want

I was just about to ask the same thing. I was trying to paste a copied number into the phone app but there's no option to do it. Long press does nothing. I thought Apple stuff "just works"? Got my iPhone 11 PM in March and have found out since, there are loads of irritating 'bugs', plus things that 'standard' on Android like scrolling screenshots in apps, separate alarm & ringer volumes etc etc ?

There’s no distinct field to paste the number into but if you tap in the white space above the number pad and hold down your finger a ”paste” pop up will eventually appear
