Creating VCD Menus/Chapters w/Toast 5

Has anyone figured out how to create VCD menus and chapters in Toast 5 (Titanium)? I would like to burn several short movies on one CD and have them accessable with an easy icon based menu. I see that this can be done with several CDR authoring packages for the PC.
