Critical Updates app on 10.13.3

According to the Critical Updates app none of these have been updated for nearly 2 months:

Is anyone else's showing something similar? Seems a long time for Apple to go without updating any of them which is why I think somethings probably gone wrong on my end.

I show the same updates as idealtracks does.
Yes, some of those items get updates nearly every week, sometimes more often.
A few are pushed out, and shouldn't need a reboot, but others won't update unless you restart.
When did you last restart your Mac?
Do a full shutdown, so your Mac is off.
Then, boot back up. The updates should then be there.

Terminal showed an uptime of about 16 days.

I've given it a full shut down, powered back on and left it for a couple of hours and nothing seems to have updated yet.

Hmm. Settings under App Store section all seem correct.

Well, installing 10.13.4 seemed to update them all, as expected.

I've kept an eye on it today and it seems an update to System Integrity Protection has been pushed out.

What does everyone else's look like?

EDIT: Still concerned about that Gatekeeper update timestamp though.
